Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale:

• Opened coffee products
• Digital products
• Gift cards
• Used journals or stationery
• Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
